• Every account gets 60 minutes of free voice and video calling each month. Accounts with a Verified, Authentic, Founders Club, or Monetized badge get 120 minutes.
• A free call counts against both people's minutes, and it ends when either of you runs out. You'll get a warning 5 minutes before.
• Free calls never touch your KashPay balance. Free minutes have no cash value and can't be used for paid calls.

• Some people offer paid calls. When they do, you'll see a Paid call button with their price.
• Paid time is sold in whole 15-minute blocks, not by the minute. A 3-minute call costs one block; a 16-minute call costs two.
• You review and confirm the price before a paid call rings. Nothing is charged unless the call connects. The first block is charged when it connects, and each next block as the previous one ends.
• You need at least one block's price in KashPay to start. If your balance can't cover the next block, you'll be warned 5 minutes before your paid time ends, and the call ends when it runs out.
• Kashlei keeps 10% of each block; the rest goes to the person you're paying.
• To offer paid calls yourself, you need completed identity verification, a ready payout account and an active Monetized Account plan.

A call that never connects is not charged, and the thread says the call could not connect. If a connected call drops and does not recover, it ends with “Call disconnected — connection lost.” Your KashPay balance is only used after a paid call connects, one 15-minute block at a time.
