Baca versi bahasa InggrisThese Monetization Terms describe how paid features, creator payouts, and platform fees work on Kashlei, and supplement our Terms of Service. They apply to anyone who purchases a subscription or virtual gift, buys or sells paid content, or receives creator payouts on Kashlei.
This page accurately describes how Kashlei’s payment and payout systems actually work today. It is pending final attorney review before being treated as a complete, binding statement of Kashlei’s monetization policy.
Platform subscriptions
Kashlei currently offers three platform subscription tiers:
- Blue Verified — $7.99/month or $79.99/year, renewing automatically each period until you cancel.
- Creator Pro — $9.99/month or $99.99/year, renewing automatically each period until you cancel.
- Monetized Account — $19.99/year, renewing automatically each year until you cancel.
These plans renew automatically until you cancel. When you subscribe, you agree that Kashlei will charge your saved payment method the plan’s price at the start of each new billing period (monthly or yearly, as you chose) until you cancel. The price, billing interval, and next renewal date are shown before you confirm.
You can cancel at any time, online, in Billing (Settings → Monetization → Cancel anytime), with no call or email needed. Canceling stops future automatic renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for. Your access continues until the end of that paid period unless a separate enforcement or account action applies. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for up to 7 days while the payment is retried, and then ends unless the payment succeeds.
Promotional KashPay funds may pay for an eligible initial plan purchase, including a Monetized Account. Promotional funds do not replace any required identity or payment verification (for example, the seller payment onboarding required to sell), and a valid payment method is required for automatic renewal.
Pricing may change for future purchases; a billing period you have already paid for is not affected by a price change.
Virtual gifts
Kashlei supports six virtual gift denominations that can be sent to creators:
- Star — $0.99
- Heart — $1.99
- Fire — $4.99
- Crown — $9.99
- Diamond — $24.99
- Rocket — $49.99
Kashlei retains a 10% platform fee on virtual gifts; the remainder is credited to the recipient creator.
Creator tips & subscriptions
Kashlei retains a 10% platform fee on creator tips and on paid creator-to-fan subscriptions; the remainder is credited to the creator.
Paid content & store sales
Platform fees on sales through Kashlei’s creator store and paid-post features:
- Digital content (audio, video, images, documents, and paid posts) — 10% platform fee.
- Physical goods — 5% platform fee.
- Services and experiences — 10% platform fee.
Platform fees are deducted before proceeds are credited to your Kashlei wallet. Payment-processor fees (charged by our third-party payment processor, separately from Kashlei’s platform fee) may also apply and are disclosed at checkout.
Paid calls
This section describes how paid calls currently work on Kashlei.
- To offer paid calls, a seller needs completed identity verification, a payout account ready to receive transfers, and an active Monetized Account plan.
- The seller sets a voice and/or video price per 15-minute block, at least $1.00 per block.
- Calls are billed in whole 15-minute blocks and are not prorated: a 3-minute call is one block, a 16-minute call is two. The first block is reserved before the call rings and charged only if the call connects; each next block is charged as the previous one ends.
- The caller pays from deposited KashPay funds. Promotional credit and free calling minutes cannot be used for paid calls.
- Kashlei keeps a 10% platform fee on each block, with no separate media surcharge. The remaining amount is credited to the seller’s withdrawable KashPay balance when the block is charged.
- Charges from a failed connection, duplicate billing, or a system or payment error are corrected.
How payouts work
Creator earnings are held in your Kashlei wallet. To withdraw funds, you must complete identity verification (“KYC”) and connect a payout account through our third-party payment processor. Payouts are only available to verified adults (18 or older); Kashlei’s general platform age requirement in our Terms of Service is lower and does not by itself qualify an account for payouts.
Once your identity verification is complete and your Stripe payout account is enabled for transfers and payouts, you can withdraw your withdrawable balance from your wallet. Kashlei sends the amount to your Stripe account; if the transfer cannot be completed, the funds are returned to your wallet.
- Minimum withdrawal: $50.00 per withdrawal. The same minimum applies to every KashPay wallet, whatever the source of the balance: creator and seller earnings, hotels, KashFans, KashFundUs, and paid calls.
- Payout timing: payouts from your Stripe account to your bank follow Stripe’s payout schedule for your account. Kashlei does not set a separate payout schedule.
Kashlei does not store your full card number or banking credentials — those are handled directly by our payment processor. Checkout for paid features on Kashlei happens on our payment processor’s own hosted payment page, not a form on kashlei.com.
Dispute and fraud reserve
The reserve applies to every KashPay wallet: creators, sellers, KashFans, paid calls, and KashFundUs. There is no fixed reserve amount. Instead, the reserve works per transaction:
- Each transaction’s funds stay held through that product’s normal clearing period.
- If a transaction is disputed or flagged for fraud, Kashlei may extend the hold on those specific funds for up to 120 days while the dispute or review is resolved.
- If a dispute is lost, the disputed amount is debited from your wallet. Any shortfall is recovered under these terms and our Terms of Service.
KashAds
Ads cost a flat $9.99 per day or $69.99 per week, paid up front from KashPay (add funds by card) or with promo $. There are no per-click or per-impression charges. A rejected ad, or one canceled before it starts, is refunded to the balance it came from. A running ad can be stopped at any time; the flat fee is not prorated.
Kashlei promo $
Promo $ has no cash value. It only buys Kashlei items (ads, placements, plans, listings and items sold by Kashlei) and can't be withdrawn or exchanged for money. Sellers can switch on “Accept Kashlei promo $” in their wallet. Promo $ a seller receives stays promo $: it can only be spent on Kashlei items, is never withdrawable, and Kashlei never reimburses it with real money.
Refunds
As stated in our Terms of Service, purchases on Kashlei are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Taxes
Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations on income earned through Kashlei. Where required by law, Kashlei or our payment processor may collect tax documentation (such as a Form W-9 or W-8) before releasing payouts, and may issue tax forms (such as a Form 1099) reflecting your earnings.
