About this role
Role Overview As a Global Moderation & Support Intern, you will be the front-line ambassador for the Kashlei community. You will help maintain a safe platform ecosystem, assist users in navigating our features, and ensure everyone adheres to our community standards. This is a fully remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse, international team.While this initial position is unpaid, exceptional interns who prove their value will be fast-tracked for upcoming paid, full-time career roles as the platform scales. Key Responsibilities User Account Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve general user account issues, login problems, and profile inquiries. Platform Moderation: Monitor user-generated content to ensure it complies with Kashlei's safety guidelines and community policies. Authorization & Verification Guidance: Guide users through account verification, security setups, and platform authorization processes.Best Practices Advocacy: Educate community members on how to optimize their platform experience using safe and effective best practices. Feedback Collection: Relay common user issues and suggestions to our product development team to help improve the platform. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a huge plus!).High emotional intelligence, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote working environment.Deep familiarity with social media trends, community dynamics, and online safety practices.Ability to work independently across different time zones.What You Will GainCareer Growth: Direct consideration for a permanent, paid full-time position upon successful completion of your term.Hands-on Experience: Direct, practical knowledge of working inside a growing tech and social media platform.
