Community Guidelines

At Kashlei, operated by Neon Sky Group (“Neon Sky Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), our goal is to build a vibrant, creative, and safe community for creators and fans. These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) set the standards for acceptable behavior on Kashlei and apply to all users, content, creators, comments, messages, and interactive features across the platform.

These Guidelines apply alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By accessing or using Kashlei, you agree to uphold these rules.

1. Respect & Safety

We strictly prohibit behavior that causes harm, intimidates, or degrades individuals or groups on Kashlei.

• Harassment & Bullying: Targeted abuse, stalking, doxxing (sharing private personal information without consent), threats of violence, or persistent unwanted contact are prohibited.
• Hate Speech: Content that attacks, dehumanizes, promotes violence, or incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, medical condition, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation is strictly forbidden.
• Nudity & Explicit Sexual Content: Content containing non-consensual sexual media, sexually explicit acts, exploitation, or graphic sexual material is prohibited. Creator monetization content must strictly adhere to our platform rating and safety filters.
• Self-Harm & Dangerous Behavior: Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous physical challenges is not allowed.

2. Lawful Use & Intellectual Property

Kashlei operates in compliance with the laws of the State of Nevada and federal United States regulations.

• Illegal Activity: Do not use Kashlei to facilitate, promote, or participate in unlawful acts, including illegal sales of regulated goods or services, fraud, or illegal gambling.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Only post content (photos, videos, music, graphics, text) that you created or have explicit permission to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Handles & Trademarks: Platform handles are allocated on an availability basis. Account handles or profiles that infringe upon registered trademarks, impersonate public figures or brands, or misrepresent affiliation will be reassigned, suspended, or revoked. Submit IP claims to support@kashlei.com.

3. Creator Monetization, Paid Content & Tips

Kashlei provides tools for creators to earn revenue, sell content, and accept tips. Monetization features carry additional responsibilities:

• Deceptive Practices & Fraud: Creators may not offer fraudulent promises, misleading paywalled content, unauthorized financial advice, or deceptive promotion in exchange for subscriptions or tips.
• Refund Manipulation: Misrepresenting paid features, scamming subscribers, or abusing monetization systems will result in immediate loss of payout eligibility, account suspension, and possible forfeiture of platform balances.
• Age-Restricted & Gated Content: All monetized assets must be accurately categorized and tagged in accordance with platform ratings.

4. Platform Integrity & Authentic Engagement

• Spam & Automated Bots: Sending unsolicited bulk communications, using automated scripts to scrape data, or creating fake accounts to manipulate engagement metrics is forbidden.
• Impersonation: Deceiving users by posing as another person, public entity, brand, or Kashlei administrator is strictly prohibited.
• System Abuse & Security: Do not attempt to bypass security controls, distribute malware, test platform vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with platform hosting infrastructure.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content, comments, or accounts that violate these Guidelines, please report them immediately:

• In-App Reporting: Use the report button located on posts, comments, profiles, and messages to flag content directly to our moderation team.
• Email Support: For complex violations, legal inquiries, or intellectual property claims, contact support@kashlei.com.

6. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations of these Guidelines are evaluated based on severity, context, and account history. Neon Sky Group reserves the right to take enforcement actions at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Content Removal: Deleting or hiding posts, comments, media, or handles that breach platform rules.
• Account Warnings & Restrictions: Issuing formal warnings or temporarily restricting features (e.g., commenting, posting, live streaming, or receiving tips).
• Monetization Hold/Revocation: Suspending monetization access, withholding payouts for fraudulent activity, or closing creator earnings features.
• Temporary Suspension: Suspending access to Kashlei for a specified period.
• Permanent Termination: Permanently disabling accounts for severe, repeated, or illegal violations.

7. Updates to Guidelines & Contact

Neon Sky Group may revise these Community Guidelines periodically to adapt to new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be marked with an updated date above.
