This Privacy Policy describes how Neon Sky Group (“Neon Sky Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit or use the Kashlei website, mobile applications, creator monetization tools, and associated services (collectively, “Kashlei” or the “Service”).

By accessing or using Kashlei, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of Kashlei, and from third-party sources.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: Name, username, email address, password, profile photo, bio, and contact preferences created during registration.
• Content & Social Activity: Photos, videos, audio, posts, comments, direct messages, likes, shares, and other content you post or share on the Service.
• Payment & Creator Monetization Data: If you make purchases, subscribe to creator tiers, send tips, or earn creator revenue, we collect transaction details, payout preferences, tax identification details (for creator payouts), billing address, and associated financial records. Note: Full credit card numbers and banking credentials are processed directly by our payment processors and are not stored on Kashlei servers.
• Communications: Information you provide when contacting customer support, submitting intellectual property claims, or communicating with us.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage & Activity Data: Pages viewed, interactions with content and creators, search queries, feature usage, session duration, and timestamps.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type, hardware model, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, language settings, and coarse location data (country, state, or city level).
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: First-party cookies, local storage, and pixel tags used to maintain session state, secure your account, store preferences, and analyze platform traffic.

2. How We Use Your Information

Neon Sky Group uses the collected information for business and operational purposes, including to:

• Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Kashlei platform.
• Process transactions, subscriptions, creator payouts, and tips.
• Facilitate account registration, authentication, and security.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity.
• Serve third-party advertising on public pages (when enabled by administrative settings).
• Analyze usage trends and measure the performance of our features.
• Communicate with you regarding updates, service notices, and support inquiries.

3. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information under the following circumstances:

• Public Profiles & Social Interactions: Information on public profiles (such as username, profile picture, bio, public posts, and creator subscriptions) is visible to other users and the public.
• Service Providers & Vendor Partners: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, customer support, and security monitoring.
• Creator Monetization: When you purchase content, subscribe, or send tips to a creator, certain basic interaction data required to fulfill the transaction and maintain creator records may be shared with that creator.
• Advertising Partners: When advertising is enabled on public pages, advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) may collect or receive device data and cookies to serve and measure ads.
• Legal Compliance & Safety: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Neon Sky Group, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as a business asset.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention Period: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We also retain and use your information to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@kashlei.com. Upon deletion, public content and profile details will be removed or anonymized, subject to retained transaction records required by applicable laws.

5. Advertising, Cookies & Third-Party Ads

Essential Cookies: First-party cookies and local storage necessary for core functionality (session state, security, privacy preferences) remain active whenever you use Kashlei.

Third-Party Advertising: Kashlei may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) on public pages only when explicitly enabled in production configurations. Ads are never shown in private account areas, settings pages, direct messages, moderation dashboards, paid asset surfaces, or security tools.

Ad Choices: If advertising is enabled, third-party ad partners may use cookies and pixels to serve personalized or contextual ads. You can accept or reject non-essential advertising cookies via our consent prompt on public pages. Authorized digital sellers are published at /ads.txt.

No Unenabled Tracking: Until advertising is explicitly enabled in production, Kashlei does not load third-party ad scripts or place ad units on any page.

6. First-Party Analytics

Kashlei measures public launch pages using a self-hosted, first-party collector operated by Kashlei.

Data Recorded: Pageviews, session timing, referring domain (host only), UTM parameters, device class, browser type, operating system, language, timezone, and coarse location (country/state/city).

Excluded Data: The analytics collector does not store raw IP addresses, form inputs, full names, email addresses, invitation tokens, passwords, payment details, messages, or trademark evidence.

Security & Retention: Visitor IDs are random first-party cookies, hashed at rest with a server secret key. Analytics events are retained for 90 days, and visitor records for 180 days. Access to analytics reporting is restricted strictly to authorized administrators.

7. Children’s Privacy

Kashlei is strictly intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact support@kashlei.com.

8. Your Legal Rights & Nevada Privacy Rights

Account Controls: You can update, correct, or delete your account information and notification preferences directly within your account settings.

Nevada Privacy Notice (NRS 603A): Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered personal information that a website operator has collected or will collect. Neon Sky Group does not sell covered personal information under Nevada law. However, Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request by emailing support@kashlei.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request.”

State & Jurisdiction Specific Rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data.

9. Third-Party Links & External Platforms

Kashlei may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. Neon Sky Group is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Neon Sky Group reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, provide notice through the platform or via email. Your continued use of Kashlei following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
