Trademark claims for protected handles

If you hold a registered trademark and believe a Kashlei @handle should be reviewed, use the public trademark claim form. That process is separate from general handle interest.

Provide the mark, the handle, and the evidence the form requests. Kashlei uses that packet for review. Submitting a claim does not automatically assign the handle or change HandleRegistry ACTIVE state.

Claim status is available through the confirmation path the form gives you. Do not send identity documents to a public comment thread or unsolicited inbox.

Kashlei™ itself is a trademark of its owner. Using Kashlei as a fan or commentary handle does not grant trademark rights in the Kashlei name.
