When funds can be withdrawn

• Fundraisers. Funds raised by a fundraiser become withdrawable 14 days after the fundraiser ends. Until then they are held and shown as pending.
• Verified charities. For verified charities, each donation becomes withdrawable once it is 14 days past acceptance and cleared (not refunded or under review). Charities can withdraw cleared funds as often as once a day.
• Donations that are refunded or under review never become withdrawable.

These holds are enforced by Kashlei's servers. Held funds are shown as pending on your Manage fundraiser page and move to your KashPay withdrawable balance only after the hold ends. Organizers and charities must complete identity verification to receive funds.

Fees

Kashlei keeps a 5.9% platform fee on each donation, with processing fees included. The rest is held for the organizer as described above.

Cover photos and logos

Fundraiser cover photos and charity logos are uploaded to Kashlei. Links to outside images aren't accepted. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Reporting a fundraiser or charity

Use Report this fundraiser or Report this charity on any page. Reports go to Kashlei's safety team, which can pause or remove a fundraiser and refund donations. Funds under review are not paid out.
