KashLive terms

1. What KashLive is

KashLive is the live streaming part of Kashlei, run by Neon Sky Group. Anyone can watch public streams for free, without an account. Streaming, chatting and tipping need a Kashlei account. These KashLive terms add to the Kashlei Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy and Monetization Terms; where they differ, these terms apply to KashLive.

2. Streamer plans and automatic renewal

To stream you need one of these monthly plans: KashLive Basic at $9.99 per month, KashLive Premium at $29.99 per month, KashLive Business at $99.99 per month. Each plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel. We show the price and the renewal terms, and ask you to agree to them, before you pay.

You can cancel at any time in Live Studio. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep streaming until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of a month unless the law requires it.

You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time in Live Studio while your plan is active. The change starts immediately and is prorated: an upgrade charges the difference for the rest of the current month straight away, and a downgrade turns unused time on your old plan into a credit on your next renewal. Your renewal date does not change, and features your new plan does not include stop when you downgrade. If an upgrade payment is declined, your plan stays as it was.

If a renewal payment fails, your plan becomes past due and you can keep streaming for up to 3 days while the payment is retried. If it still can't be collected, streaming stops until you subscribe again. Watching is never affected.

Plan features (quality, monthly streaming hours, and whether recordings are kept) are listed on the plans page. Monthly streaming hours are a fair-use allowance; we may contact you or limit streaming if an account goes far beyond its plan.

3. Tips, channel subscriptions and premium placement

Viewers can tip streamers from their KashPay balance. Kashlei keeps 10% of each tip and of each paid channel subscription; the rest is credited to the streamer's Kashlei wallet, under the Monetization Terms. Streamers need to complete identity verification before they can receive tips or withdraw.

Streamers can offer a monthly channel subscription at a price they choose. A viewer's channel subscription is billed by card through Stripe and renews automatically every month at the price shown when they subscribed, until they cancel. Viewers can cancel anytime from the channel page or My subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and the subscriber perks (a chat badge and access to subscriber-only chat) last until the end of the month already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of a month unless the law requires it. A streamer's new price applies only to new subscribers. Subscribing to an 18+ channel needs the same verified age as watching it.

The streamer's share of each tip and channel subscription payment is credited to their KashPay wallet and follows the normal clearing period. If a payment is disputed, refunded or flagged for fraud, that payment's credit can be held for up to 120 days until it is resolved, and a payment lost in a dispute is taken back from the wallet. Withdrawals need at least $50 available.

Premium placement puts a channel at the top of KashLive for $4.99 per day. It is paid once from KashPay for the number of days you choose, never renews automatically, and is not refundable once the days have started. Placement is advertising space: it does not change these rules, and a channel removed for breaking them loses the remaining days.

4. Keep contact on Kashlei

To keep streamers and viewers safe from scams and harassment, KashLive does not allow off-platform contact. Do not post or ask for email addresses, phone numbers, messaging-app or social handles, payment handles or links that move a conversation or a payment off Kashlei, in chat, stream titles or channel descriptions. Kashlei blocks messages that contain these details.

Never ask for or accept payment for KashLive activity outside Kashlei. Accounts that move viewers or payments off-platform may be suspended.

5. Content policy

You are responsible for everything you broadcast, including guests, games, music, screens and anything else that appears or can be heard in your stream.

Not allowed on KashLive: content involving anyone under 18 in a sexual or exploitative way (we report it to the authorities); sexual activity or nudity outside an 18+ channel; violence, threats, terrorism or glorifying harm; hate or harassment against people or groups; self-harm or dangerous challenges; illegal goods, gambling or drug sales; scams, fake giveaways or impersonation; filming or streaming people who have not agreed to it in private places; and music, films, sports broadcasts or other content you do not have the rights to stream.

Streaming another platform's broadcast, rebroadcasting someone else's stream, or using bots to inflate viewers or chat is not allowed.

6. 18+ channels

18+ channels are handled the same way as KashFans. A streamer can mark a channel 18+ only after verifying they are 18 or older with Kashlei identity verification. An 18+ channel's player and chat are shown only to signed-in viewers who have verified their age; signed-out visitors and unverified members see a notice instead. 18+ channels are never listed in search engines or the Kashlei sitemap, and their channel tiles on KashLive show an 18+ badge without a preview.

Everyone who appears in an 18+ stream must be an adult who has agreed to appear. The content policy above still applies, and anything illegal is never allowed.

7. Moderation and reporting

Streamers can hide chat messages and ban people from their chat. Viewers can report a channel or a chat message from the channel page. Reports go to Kashlei Trust & Safety.

Kashlei may remove content, end a live stream, suspend a channel or close an account that breaks these terms, the Community Guidelines or the law. A suspended channel is removed from KashLive and its encoder connection is ignored. If your plan is cancelled because of a serious violation, we do not refund the current month.

8. Stream keys and recordings

Your stream key and browser go-live link are shown only to you in Live Studio. Keep them private: anyone with them can stream to your channel, and you are responsible for what is streamed with them.

Streams are delivered through our video provider. Premium and Business keep recordings of your broadcasts for 30 days, then they are deleted automatically. Basic is live only and does not keep recordings.

9. Changes and contact

We may update KashLive, its plans or these terms. We will tell subscribers about price changes before they apply to a renewal, and you can cancel before then. Questions: support@kashlei.com.
