Already selling? Your page appears as soon as your first music release is published.
Safe and private by design
- Full-quality music files are stored privately. They are never posted publicly.
- Only short preview clips are public, so fans can listen before buying.
- A full download requires a signed-in buyer who owns that release. Each download link is signed for that buyer and expires within minutes.
- Download limits set by the artist are enforced, and a refunded purchase loses download access.
- Band pages only list artists whose stores have passed seller checks.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to listen or browse?
No. Anyone can browse /music, open a band page and play the public preview clips. You sign in only when you buy.
Where do my purchases go?
Into your Kashlei account. You can download them again from your purchases, within any download limit the artist set.
Can someone download the full track without buying it?
No. Full-quality files are stored privately. Only short previews are public, and a full download needs a signed-in buyer who owns that release.
Who gets a band page?
A Kashlei member with an active store that has passed seller checks (a Monetized account and payouts set up) and at least one published music release or track.
Can I sell merch, video calls and personal videos too?
Yes. Anything published in your store shows on your band page, along with paid video calls and personal videos if you offer them.
How does featured placement work?
You prepay whole days from your KashPay balance. Featured artists show above the newest musicians on /music. It never renews automatically, and buying more days extends your current run.
Fees
- Listening, browsing and band pages: free.
- Kashlei keeps 10% on digital sales (music), 5% on physical goods (merch) and 10% on services such as paid calls.
- Featured placement on /music: $4.99 per day, prepaid, no auto-renew.
