Questions
What do I pay when I book a home?
The host's nightly price for each night, their cleaning fee if they set one, and a small Kashlei fee. Every line is shown before you pay through Stripe, and that total is exactly what you're charged.
How do cancellations work?
Every home shows its policy: Flexible (full refund until 1 day before check-in), Moderate (5 days), Strict (14 days) or Non-refundable. Cancel from your booking page inside the window for a full refund, including the Kashlei fee.
Can the host cancel my booking?
No. Once you have paid and have a confirmation number, the host must honour your stay, exactly like hotels on KashStays.
What does it cost to list a home?
Free to sign up; listing fees are shown before you list. Guests pay a small Kashlei fee on top of your price, so you keep your full nightly price and cleaning fee. Optional premium placement is available, priced before you buy.
When do hosts get paid?
Earnings land in your KashPay wallet per booking and clear on the same schedule as hotels. You can withdraw once you have at least $50, and payouts reach your bank on Stripe's payout timing.
Who handles occupancy taxes?
Hosts are responsible for filing and paying any occupancy or tourist taxes where their home is. Hosts may list taxes in their dashboard so guests pay them at booking.
