About Kolašin

Kolašin is a town in northern Montenegro. It has a population of 2,418. Kolašin is the centre of Kolašin Municipality and an unofficial centre of Morača region, named after Morača River. Kolašin is also a centre of winter tourism and pearl of Northern Montenegro. Kolašin is full of hotels and apartments for rent during the skiing season, but last years town is also very crowded during summer because of famous mountains around Bjelasica, Sinjajevina and Komovi, hiking destinations, relaxing ambience, pleasant summer temperatures during the hottest days of the summer and numerous sports events. In 2023, Kolasin hosted the MOSI Games and gathered around 2,000 athletes in the city. Lisnati sir and smočani kačamak is originally from Kolašin. The largest number of tourists come from Israel, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Germany, Slovakia, UK, USA and the Balkan countries.

When do I pay?

You pay the full amount when you book, through Stripe Checkout. The total is the hotel's nightly prices for your rooms plus the Kashlei fee of $9.99 per room per night, and you see the breakdown before you pay.

Is my room held while I pay?

Yes. When you start checkout the rooms are held for about 31 minutes. Your booking is confirmed only after Stripe confirms the payment; if checkout expires, the rooms go back on sale and you are not charged.

How do I cancel?

Open your booking page and choose Cancel booking. If you cancel before the hotel's free-cancellation deadline you get a full refund, including the Kashlei fee. After the deadline, or for a non-refundable hotel, no refund is issued. The policy is shown on the hotel page and on your booking.

What if the hotel cancels?

If the hotel cancels your confirmed booking, you are refunded in full to your original payment method.
