KashStays for business
Fill more rooms with Kashlei
Your prices, your calendar, your cancellation policy, for $29.99 per property per year. Guests find you by city and book instantly.
Guaranteed bookings: hotels may not cancel
Once a guest has paid and has a confirmation number, your property cannot cancel the booking. You must honour it at the booked room type and price. Walking a guest, or moving them to a pricier room, is a breach: you must provide an equal or better room at no extra cost, or comparable nearby accommodation at your expense, and Kashlei keeps its fee. A breach means a full refund to the guest charged to your property (wallet and card on file), plus penalties, suspension or removal. See section 3 of the KashStays Terms.
Why hotels list here
Your full room price, taxes and fees
The guest pays the Kashlei fee on top. Your full room price plus every tax and fee you set goes to your property's KashPay wallet.
Paid up front
Guests pay in full when they book, so a confirmed booking is a paid booking.
A page per hotel and per city
Each hotel gets its own search-friendly page with structured data, plus a place on its city page and the Kashlei sitemap.
No overbooking from Kashlei
Rooms are held per night with a database check, and you can't set availability below what's already booked.
Getting paid
A wallet for every property
Each property has its own KashPay wallet showing what's pending, what's available and what you've already been paid, with every booking, refund and payout listed.
Money clears in 14 days
Your share of a booking shows up as pending the moment the guest pays. It becomes available 14 days after the payment clears, and that happens every day, so yesterday's bookings keep turning into cash you can withdraw.
Withdraw to your bank
Withdraw available funds through KashPay and Stripe Connect, with the same identity check as every Kashlei payout. The minimum withdrawal is $50, the same across KashPay. Refunds and chargebacks come out of pending money first.
A balance that never goes negative
Keep a card on file for each property. If a refund or chargeback is ever bigger than your wallet, the rest goes on that card straight away, so you never start the month in the red or see future earnings held back.
No surprise fees for your guests
Every tax and fee, up front
Add your occupancy taxes, resort, destination, cleaning or pet fees once. Guests see each one, itemized, on your page, in search totals, at checkout and on their receipt. Kashlei collects your taxes at booking and passes them to your wallet; you file and remit all occupancy and local taxes yourself.
One total, paid once
The total a guest sees is exactly what they pay, and nothing is added at the front desk. Happier guests, fewer disputes, better reviews.
Optional extras stay optional
Mark fees like a pet fee as optional and guests add them only when they need them.
Set up in five steps
- Verify your identity and open your Kashlei seller store (the same verification used for payouts).
- Read and accept the KashStays Terms in the hotel dashboard.
- Add your property: pick your city or town (or add it if it isn't listed yet), address, map location, photos, amenities, check-in times and cancellation policy.
- Add room types with occupancy and a nightly price, then adjust any dates in the calendar.
- Pay the yearly listing fee ($29.99 per property, renews automatically every year until you cancel) and add a card on file, then publish. Your hotel appears on its city page and in search right away.

- Connection secrets for PMS and channel managers are held as server configuration, never in the database or the dashboard.
- Photos are uploaded and re-encoded by Kashlei; image links aren't accepted.
Questions
Who can list a hotel?
A business whose Kashlei account has passed identity verification (KYC), has an active Kashlei seller store, and has accepted the current KashStays Terms.
What does it cost?
Listing costs $29.99 per property per year, charged when you add the property and renewing automatically every year until you cancel (you agree to auto-renewal at checkout). Guests pay a Kashlei fee of $9.99 per room per night on top of your price (never taxed), so you are owed your full room price. Guests also pay 100% of your listed taxes and fees at booking; they pass through to your wallet in full and are available immediately. Optional premium placement costs $9.99 per day, paid from KashPay.
How do I manage availability and prices?
In your hotel dashboard, pick a room type, choose a date range, and set rooms available, a nightly price, or close the dates. Changes apply to search and booking immediately.
Can I connect my PMS or channel manager?
A channel manager can push availability, rates and closures to Kashlei through a signed ARI webhook once Kashlei provisions your connection secret. Oracle OPERA Cloud (OHIP) and Agilysys connections are planned and need partner approval first.
Can rooms be overbooked?
Kashlei holds rooms per night with a database-level check, and you can't lower availability below rooms already booked for a night.
How do cancellations work?
You set the free-cancellation window in hours before check-in, or 0 for non-refundable. Guests who cancel inside the window are refunded in full; after it, nothing is refunded. Hotels cannot cancel a booking once the guest has paid and has a confirmation number: you must honour it at the booked room type and price.
Can I charge fees at the property?
No. List every tax and fee in your dashboard. Guests pay all of them at booking on Kashlei, and nothing may be collected at the property. You are solely responsible for filing and remitting taxes with your government agencies.
Fees
- Listing: $29.99 per property per year, charged when you add the property. It renews automatically every year at $29.99 until you cancel in the hotel dashboard; the property stays listed until the end of the paid year. If a renewal isn't paid, the property is hidden after a 7-day grace period.
- Kashlei fee: $9.99 per room per night, paid by the guest on top of your price. Your taxes are never charged on it.
- Your taxes and fees: list every one up front. Guests pay 100% of them at booking and nothing is collected at the property. They are passed through to your property wallet in full and available immediately (Kashlei never holds them); only room revenue follows the 14-day clearing. You alone file and remit them with your government agencies.
- Minimum withdrawal: $50 (KashPay-wide).
- Premium placement (optional): $9.99 per day on the KashStays page or your city page, from KashPay, no auto-renew.
