About Yessentuki

Yessentuki is a city in Stavropol Krai, Russia, located in the shadow of Mount Elbrus at the base of the Caucasus Mountains. The city serves as a railway station in the Mineralnye Vody—Kislovodsk branch, and is located 43 kilometers (27 mi) southwest of Mineralnye Vody and 17 kilometers (11 mi) west of Pyatigorsk. The city is renowned for its mineral springs and therapeutic spas, and is part of the Caucasian Mineral Waters region.

Do I need an account to look at hotels?

When do I pay?

You pay the full amount when you book, through Stripe Checkout. The total is the hotel's nightly prices for your rooms plus the Kashlei fee of $9.99 per room per night, and you see the breakdown before you pay.

Is my room held while I pay?

Yes. When you start checkout the rooms are held for about 31 minutes. Your booking is confirmed only after Stripe confirms the payment; if checkout expires, the rooms go back on sale and you are not charged.

How do I cancel?

Open your booking page and choose Cancel booking. If you cancel before the hotel's free-cancellation deadline you get a full refund, including the Kashlei fee. After the deadline, or for a non-refundable hotel, no refund is issued. The policy is shown on the hotel page and on your booking.

What if the hotel cancels?

If the hotel cancels your confirmed booking, you are refunded in full to your original payment method.
