How it works
- Pick a creator. Open their Kashmeo page to see the price, delivery time and occasions.
- Tell them what to say. Who it's for, how to pronounce their name, and your instructions.
- Pay once. Your payment is held by KashPay, and nothing is released yet.
- The creator approves and records. You'll get a notification at each step.
- Get your video. When it's delivered, the creator is paid and the video is yours to keep.
Creators: set up in minutes
- Verify your identity in KashPay and activate your seller store.
- Open Personal video settings, set your price, turnaround, occasions and Kashmeo category, and turn the offer on.
- Requests arrive in your Personal videos orders. Approve, record, deliver.
Safety and privacy
- Escrow. Funds are held until delivery. Declines and missed deadlines are refunded in full automatically.
- Moderation. Requests are screened automatically. Anything flagged goes to Kashlei staff before the creator sees it, and requests that break the guidelines are refunded.
- No contact sharing. Phone numbers, emails and outside links are blocked so nobody can be pulled off the platform.
- Private by default. Videos are private unless you choose public. Public showcases need staff approval.
- Protected files. Videos are stored privately and played through short-lived signed links, never a permanent public URL.
- Blocks respected. If either person has blocked the other, a request can't be placed or accepted.
FAQ
What happens to my money after I request a video?
It's held by KashPay until the creator delivers. The creator only gets paid when the video is delivered. If they decline or miss their deadline, you get a full refund automatically.
How long does a video take?
Each creator sets their own turnaround, from 1 to 14 days, and it's shown on their card. The deadline starts when your request reaches them.
Can I share my phone number or a link with the creator?
No. Phone numbers, emails, outside links and off-platform contact or payment handles are blocked in requests and messages. Everything stays inside Kashlei to protect both sides.
Who can see my video?
Private videos can only be watched by you and the creator. If you mark it public, the creator may showcase it on their page, and only after Kashlei staff approve it.
What if something is wrong with my video?
You can report a problem within 7 days of delivery. Kashlei support reviews it and can refund you in full.
Who can offer personal videos?
Signed-up Kashlei members with identity verification (KYC) in KashPay and an active seller store. Fans can always see who they're booking.
Fees
Creators set prices from $5 to $5,000. Kashlei keeps 10% when a video is delivered. Optional featured placement for creators costs $4.99 per day.
