KashFans Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

Never upload, sell, request or link to: anyone under 18, or anyone who looks or is presented as a minor, in any context; content made or shared without the consent of every person in it, including hidden-camera, leaked or "revenge" material; anyone who is asleep, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent; sexual violence, real or simulated incest, bestiality, or extreme bodily harm; deepfakes or AI-generated sexual images of real people without their written consent; content that sells or arranges in-person sexual services or escorting; trafficking or coercion of any kind; illegal drugs or weapons sales; hate speech or threats; and anything else that is illegal where you or Kashlei operate.

AI-generated or edited content must be clearly labeled as such and must still follow every rule above.

2. Off-platform contact and payments

Every KashFans relationship stays on Kashlei. You may not share, ask for or hint at phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, links or domains other than kashlei.com, or handles on other apps or payment services (for example Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram, WhatsApp, OnlyFans, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal), including spelled-out or disguised versions such as "five five five" or "gmail dot com". KashFans automatically blocks this information in messages, post captions, bios and display names, keeps a record of each attempt, and flags repeat attempts to Kashlei's safety team.

3. Accounts and identity

No impersonation, fake verification documents, shared or sold accounts, spam, or attempts to get around the age gate, payment system, content filters or a suspension.

4. How we enforce this policy

Kashlei uses automated tools and human review. We may remove content, block messages, suspend accounts, hold earnings tied to a breach, and report suspected child sexual abuse material or other serious crimes to the authorities as required by law. Repeat or serious breaches lead to permanent removal from Kashlei.

5. Report a problem

Use Report on any post, page or message, or contact Kashlei's safety team. If you appear in content without your consent, tell us and we will act quickly.
