KashFans Fan Terms

1. The creator–fan contract

When you subscribe to a creator, unlock a pay-per-view post or send a tip, you make a contract directly with that creator: you pay the price shown, and the creator gives you access to the content described. Kashlei provides the platform and processes the payment but is not a party to that contract.

These Fan Terms add to the Kashlei Terms of Service and the KashFans Acceptable Use Policy.

2. 18+ and age verification

KashFans contains adult content. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and pass Kashlei's age verification before you can see prices, posts or media, subscribe, unlock or message. You must not let anyone under 18 use your account or see KashFans content.

3. Subscriptions renew automatically

A subscription costs the monthly price shown on the creator's page. You pay the first month when you subscribe, and it renews automatically every 30 days from your KashPay balance until you cancel. You agree to automatic renewal before your first charge.

Cancel anytime from the creator's posts page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and you won't be charged again. If the creator raises their price above what you agreed to, your subscription ends at the end of the period instead of renewing at the higher price. If your balance is too low at renewal, the renewal is not charged and your access stops.

Pay-per-view posts are one-time purchases, separate from subscriptions. Tips are voluntary gifts.

4. Payments, refunds and chargebacks

All prices are in US dollars and are paid on Kashlei only. Of each payment, Kashlei keeps a 10% platform fee and the creator receives the rest; the fee is not added on top of the price you see.

Purchases are generally final once you have access to the content, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or where Kashlei decides a refund is fair (for example, content that was not as described). Please contact support before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks made in bad faith may lead to suspension of your account.

5. What you may do with content

Creators own their content. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to view what you paid for, on Kashlei, for your own private use. You may not download, record, screenshot for sharing, copy, share, resell or publish it anywhere else.

6. Stay on Kashlei

Every KashFans relationship stays on Kashlei. You may not share, ask for or hint at phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, links or domains other than kashlei.com, or handles on other apps or payment services (for example Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram, WhatsApp, OnlyFans, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal), including spelled-out or disguised versions such as "five five five" or "gmail dot com". KashFans automatically blocks this information in messages, post captions, bios and display names, keeps a record of each attempt, and flags repeat attempts to Kashlei's safety team.

Talk to creators only through KashFans messaging, and pay only on Kashlei. Never send money elsewhere: Kashlei can't protect payments made off the platform.

7. Respect and reporting

Be respectful to creators. Harassment, threats, attempts to identify or locate a creator, and requests for prohibited content are not allowed. Use Report on any post or page; reports go to Kashlei's safety team.

8. Suspension and termination

You can cancel subscriptions or close your account anytime. Kashlei may suspend or close your account, end subscriptions without refund and remove access if you break these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law.

9. Disclaimers

KashFans is provided as it is and as available. Kashlei does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any creator will earn a particular amount, or that content will meet your expectations.

Creators decide what they post and what they charge. Kashlei moderates KashFans but does not create, endorse or guarantee user content, and is not responsible for how other people use content they were able to see.

10. Limits on Kashlei's liability

To the extent the law allows, Kashlei and its owners, staff and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from KashFans.

To the extent the law allows, Kashlei's total liability to you for all claims about KashFans is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Kashlei (fees, not creator earnings) in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover Kashlei's reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) caused by your breach of these terms or by content you upload.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Clark County, Nevada have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you a different right.

Before starting a claim, please contact Kashlei support and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Claims must be brought within one year after they arise, where the law allows.

12. General

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Kashlei not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; Kashlei may transfer them as part of a reorganization or sale. These terms, together with the Kashlei Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the whole agreement about KashFans.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect; creators must accept a new Creator Terms version before posting or selling again.
